How to Enable HDMI CEC on LG TV
Consequently, you can also enable the SIMPLINK (HDMI-CEC) option on your LG TV. After that, you can control your LG Soundbar with the TV remote and vice versa.
- webOS 22 and Above: Press the Settings button Click on All Settings → Select General → Choose Devices → HDMI Settings → Tap SIMPLINK (HDMI-CEC) → Turn On.
- webOS 6.0: Click Settings → All Settings → Tap on General → Select Devices → Choose HDMI Settings → enable SIMPLINK (HDMI-CEC).
- webOS 5.0: Click the Settings button and select All Settings → Connection → Tap Device Connection Settings → Turn on SIMPLINK(HDMI-CEC).

If you play Dolby Atmos content on your TV while the soundbar is connected, you will see an LED indication on your soundbar saying DOLBY ATMOS.
