Note: You can use this method on all Android smartphones with a 3.5mm audio jack. On the contrary, you can’t use this method on iPhone 8 and above models due to the unavailability of the audio jack. Instead, you can purchase a Lightning to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter to get on track.

1. Take a 3.5mm AUX cable of fine quality.

2. Connect one end of the AUX cable to the 3.5mm audio jack on your phone.

3. Then, insert the other end to the AUX IN port of your Vizio soundbar.

4. After connecting the devices, play a song on your phone.

How to Fix Vizo Soundbar Not Connecting to Android Phone / iPhone

Occasionally, you’ll face issues pairing the Vizio soundbar to your Android Phone or iPhone. Otherwise, you can’t hear audio from the soundbar even after a successful pairing. In that situation, here’s the troubleshooting guide to fix the issue.

• While pairing the soundbar wirelessly, connect your phone to a stable WiFi network.
• Make sure to enable the Bluetooth feature on your Vizio soundbar and smartphone. Also, disable all the nearby Bluetooth devices for error-free pairing.
• Avoid keeping the soundbar and phone far apart while connecting via Bluetooth or WiFi.
• Restart the Vizio soundbar and your smartphone to eradicate the temporary bugs in the system.
