How to Reset Harman Kardon Onyx Speakers
Harman Kardon’s Onyx speakers come in several variants starting from Onyx Studio 1 to Onyx Studio 8. More or less, all the models have the same method of resetting. Here’s how.
1. Turn on your Harman Kardon speakers by pressing the Power button. Ensure that it has sufficient battery charge to carry out the reset process.
2. Look for the Bluetooth and Volume Up buttons to reset the Harman Kardon Speaker. You can find those buttons on the top of the speaker.
3. Hold both buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.
4. After this, your speaker will turn off, indicating that it has been factory reset.
5. Then, press the Power button again and turn it on.
6. Now, your Onyx Studio speaker will flash a Blue light denoting that it is in pairing mode. You can pair your smartphone or any Bluetooth-enabled device to it.

2. Look for the Reset button provided on the back of your speaker.
3. Hold the Reset button for a few seconds.

Except for the Citation Bar, all the remaining models of Citation speakers have a separate Reset button attached to them. Here’s how you reset these devices.

2. Citation models like Citation One, 100, 300, 500, and Multibeam 700 have a Reset button attached to them. You can find the reset button on the back of these devices.
3. After locating, hold the Reset button for at least 5 seconds.
4. Now, your speaker will undergo a factory reset and restart itself. All the data, including WIFI information, gets erased.
5. After this, you can re-pair it with another device.
For the Citation Bar, a touch panel is provided at the top. Go to its Menu and select Settings. In that, click on the Factory Reset option on it for 5 seconds.

All models of Go speakers, like Go + Play, Go + Mini, etc, can be reset by following the procedure. Here’s how we do it.
1. Press the Power button on your Harman Kardon Go speakers and turn it on.
2. After this, look for the Volume Up button and the Play/Pause button provided at the top of the speakers.
3. Now, all the LED lights on your speakers light up at the same time.

How to Reset Harman Kardon Neo Speakers
Harman Kardon Neo speakers have the Volume Up, Down, and the Power button on their side. If your speaker is malfunctioning or is stuck, then follow the ensuing methods.
1. Turn on your Neo speakers and keep them paired with any devices nearby.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Down buttons on it simultaneously.
3. Hold on to those buttons until you see the LED light on it flashing red color. Now, you can release those buttons.
4. After this, your Neo speaker will disappear from its paired device, indicating that it has been reset to factory settings.
Once done, you need to re-pair and connect with another device without any problems.
